I am an Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been practicing for over 35 years with individuals, couples, adolescents, and families in, out-patient, residential treatment, trauma work, and school social work. I have created and presented full and part-day post graduate workshops and in-services for NASW, UConn School of Social Work, and various boards of education. I have also led parent workshops and the state required educational program for divorcing parents, “Putting Children First”. In addition to insight therapy, I believe in the power of creative endeavors and of spiritual practices. When we are stuck in a place and need to prove that we are not helpless, new perspectives can evoke needed change.
