Therapist Overview
Self-respect and freedom are possible! I know what it’s like to do the painful work of facing my fears and telling my story. I am caring, authentic, honest, and approachable and believe the relationship between counselor and client can truly be transformational, healing and life-giving. I incorporate 12 step recovery, trauma resolution, and faith-based interventions in sessions and groups as appropriate … always mindful of my client’s perspectives and needs. I have a particular heart for women struggling with sex/love addiction, spouses married to someone struggling with sex/love addiction, those struggling with deep shame and regret, and those wanting freedom from self-loathing, resentment, and lack of hope.
