Whether personal growth, relationships, grieving, healing of past abuse, trauma or codependency, leadership skills, or overcoming that dang shame judge in our heads, we need support. Isolation is not helpful to us, and I encourage you to build a life team of authentic relationships. I am trained in the Townsend Model of Competency and Character Growth incorporating Grace, Truth and Time to your bonding, boundaries, accepting reality and embracing your competency for good fruit to grow in your personal, professional and relational life. What will you receive from me: I am a dedicated part time professional which allows me the freedom to be present and attuned emotionally. Im able to provide full 1 hour sessions which are scheduled 15-30 minutes apart for privacy and comfort.
