As a therapist for over 17 years, I am very passionate about helping people recognize their limiting beliefs in order to get on the path of seeing things more clearly and to take the necessary steps to move forward in life. Truly believing that they hold the key to unlocking happiness and being the best version of themselves. Throughout my years as a therapist I had the opportunity to work with people of all ages, cultural backgrounds, and sexual orientation in a variety of settings. I have provided clinical services in outpatient mental health facilities, a wide range of schools in the Department of Education throughout New York City, as well as in home service.
