I utilize a CBT approach, so you understand how your thoughts impact your feelings and actions. I also utilize a person-centered approach, using activities and addressing concerns at a pace that helps you, rather than overwhelming you. I utilize interventions from other theories therefore, I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and trained in EMDR. I have over 15 years of diverse professional experience in the mental health field. I have worked with various entities and populations, to include courts, social services, domestic violence and sexual assault survivors and perpetrators among other concerns. When not at work, I read with my book club, listen to music and travel with my family and friends.
