I provide brief and long-term therapy to adolescents and adults to address life-challenges connected to depression, anxiety, grief, transitions, and trauma. My therapy style is based on the needs of each client and integrates various modalities including Cognitive Processing Therapy for PTSD, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR and mindfulness.
