We all need help sometimes. You don’t have to go it alone. I specialize in helping families and children with social and emotional issues, parenting and family dynamics. I offer individual and family sessions for all ages. Using traditional psychotherapy, expressive arts therapy, and play therapy, I take a holistic approach recognizing that many complex factors affect our health, behavior, and relationships. I have a broad range of experience in the mental health field, having worked in schools, group homes, addiction recovery and hospital settings. For the past twenty years my practice has focused on helping children and families with all kinds of challenges. Currently I see adults and adolescents dealing with anxiety, depression, and complex social stressors. Taking the step to seek out help can be difficult.
