Therapist Overview

I specialize in two areas: 1) I help working professionals manage chronic anxiety, self-doubt, procrastination, and reduce overthinking to increase professional success. My clients work in politics, health, mental health, law, upper management, business owners, creatives, or PhD/graduate students. 2) Interpersonal stress. Understanding family dynamics, reducing social conflict, improving romantic relationships, and friendships. I work best with high functioning people who are introspective, motivated, and want change in their life. We will work collaboratively to identify, understand, and manage anxious thoughts/feelings in a nonjudgmental safe space. My clients report feeling more confident, better self advocates, and improvement in relationships with family/friends. Our psychotherapy sessions will focus on anxiety reduction, boundary setting, self-awareness, and skill building. My Capitol Hill office is in a quiet residential neighborhood, one block from Capitol South metro station. When you are ready to invest one hour a week in yourself, please send me an email. It might be the key to your personal and professional success.
