As a counselor, I have learned that the counseling process is one that should be tailored to each individual’s needs, not “one size fits all”. I enjoy working with a variety of clients from ages 13 and up and from all different walks of life. In my practice, I strive to integrate my experience in counseling to help my clients gain perspective and skills in dealing with everyday life stressors, major life transitions, as well as heal from past trauma.
