Life is ever changing and nothing is always the same. Regardless of where we are in life (child, adolescent or adult) we will experience change. This change can be smooth or it can be difficult. We sometimes need help to consider our life experiences, skills, strengths and resources when confronted with a complicated transition in life. With over 15 years experience working with at-risk populations and their families, I help clients focus on solutions and their future. As a therapist it’s important to collaborate w/ clients to find solutions, develop realistic goals and identify resources, for life’s challenges, that may help them reach their fullest potential. I can provide in-home services. I also like to use innovative methods like walk and talk therapy, experiential learning and art as forms of therapy.
