Helping others has always been a part of my heart. I enjoy working with all ages but particularly enjoy working with the adolescent population. Adolescents is such a pivotal and impressionable stage of life where they are learning and exploring their own beliefs and ideas. No matter what I believe in being transparent, kind, honest, and genuine within the therapeutic relationship. I strive to make sure my clients have answers about the therapeutic process and feel comfortable. I have history of working clients in various levels of care. I have training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
