I believe with the right therapist and some work, that you can begin to feel better. I am EMDR trained. I use a holistic approach to healing. As a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200), I recognize the benefits that yoga can offer and utilize this as a coping skill as well as mindfulness skills in treatment. In addition to face-to-face sessions, I offer telemental health sessions so that therapy can be accessed from the comfort of your home. It is my hope that I can help you on your journey to healing.
