Therapist Overview

My mission is to make therapy fun and interactive. I don’t necessarily have an ideal client, just an ideal match. If the client feels connected and hopeful, change and progress can occur. I utilize a variety of modalities, catering each one to the individual client. I believe that clients need to feel supported in their family environment, and therefore combine family systems and family therapy into the goals of treatment. I myself am ADHD and can relate to children who struggle academically and socially, incorporating a holistic approach to the therapeutic relationship. I work with children, adolescents, teenagers, and adults dealing with a range of issues from depression and anxiety, to autism and behavioral disorders. I believe in utilizing the client’s strengths and positive traits to promote progress and a positive environment for therapy. I also work with couples on relationship distress. I come from a multi-cultural background, and incorporate both traditional and non-traditiona
