She has experience working with trauma related disorders and is certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. In addition, Brittany has treated clients experiencing substance abuse issues, depressive and anxiety disorders, relational issues, and major life transitions. A 200- hour Registered Yoga Teacher, she encourages the mind, body alignment. Brittany empowers and works with her clients toward resolving different challenges and issues and cope with life’s varying stressors. She deeply believes in the restorative nature of the therapist/client relationship and is committed to partnering with you as you navigate thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that may be impacting the quality of your life.
