Therapist Overview

NOTE: I currently am not accepting new clients. As a seasoned PTSD specialist and a holistic wellness therapist, my practice often includes working with people who’ve experienced stressful life events; helping them reclaim their lives and find joy again. I work with survivors of sexual assault, relationship violence, accidents, military combat, and traumas experienced by first responders. I provide all 3 proven therapies for PTSD in adults (EMDR, PE, CPT). Healing can be reinforced by blending evidence-based therapies with holistic strategies to treat anxiety, self-esteem issues, and other mental health challenges. I’m certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy and have been honored to witness the healing that EMDR has brought to my clients. EMDR is a very effective treatment for anxiety, self-esteem issues, trauma recovery and many other mental health challenges. I have assisted many individuals in finding greater balance through mind, body, and spirit a
