Asking for help can be one of the most difficult things to do when you are struggling. As a therapist, I recognize the strength it takes to be vulnerable and explore the parts of yourself that you may perceive as the scariest. My hope is that my clients are willing to allow me to sit with them as they explore their thoughts, emotions and behaviors and work towards creating a healthier, happier life. I am passionate about helping individuals, couples and families from all demographics create positive change within their lives. Through strength-based counseling, I can help clients recognize the skills necessary to effect change and realize that they have the strength within to implement and maintain that change. My goal is to provide a safe space for clients to explore the depths of their thoughts and emotions and help them to build the skills and self-awareness necessary to attain their treatment goals. I do that by creating a meaningful and trusting relationship with each of my clients
