Therapist Overview

We all have places in our lives where we feel stuck, disconnected, or out of balance. During this time of global uncertainty, reaching out for support is more important than ever. I strive to create an environment where couples, individuals, and families can feel supported and heard. I invite you to deepen your understanding of yourself and your relationships through my experiential, attachment-based approach. Attachment theory is the lens through which I view the world. I have advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), which shares this attachment perspective. My passion is working with couples and individuals who are looking to explore the challenging interaction cycles that get in the way of you feeling safe and connected. The foundation of my trauma-informed, social justice perspective is the belief that people’s lives are influenced by the systems that uphold oppression, marginalization, and discrimination. I am honored to work with folks of any gender expression, sex
