What brings you here today? Has life become difficult? I understand that life can overwhelm us when we least expect it. During times like these, it’s comforting to know that counseling can help. I enjoy working with adults, teens, and children. I help people who are experiencing a variety of struggles. Some of the issues I work with are anxiety, depression, grief, divorce, opiate abuse, and self-harm. It has become evident that teens are facing extraordinary challenges. Being a teenager in today’s culture is challenging! I help teens who are depressed, anxious, fearful, self-harming, bullied, and trying to find their own way in life. It is super rewarding to see teens growing and overcoming their obstacles. Before I pursued my passion for counseling, I was a stay at home mom of a large family. Throughout those years, I loved being involved with my children as they matured and built their own, unique lives.
