Do you catch yourself feeling overwhelmed by constant worry? Are you fighting to find energy, joy, or a sense of peace? Maybe you’re feeling alone, or hopeless about how to feel better. Taking steps towards self-care and self-understanding can be intimidating. There is no “quick fix,” but there are ways to make life easier. Imagine what it would be like to feel more in control, to build healthy relationships or to simply walk into a room with confidence. My first goal in therapy is to build a safe relationship where you or your child feels understood. My role is to listen, provide clarity and increase a client’s insight into their strengths. Finding time can seem impossible, I schedule evenings and Saturdays. Sessions are planned but emergencies aren’t, so I am available between sessions by phone and will respond within a 24-hour period.
