Sometimes we suffer by what was done to us. Other times we suffer by what was not. I support clients who experience developmental or relational trauma, and all the ways it manifests. I help clients find their way to wellbeing through new, vibrant experiences of themselves. Working with individuals (adults, adolescents, and children), partners, or families, I offer a trauma-informed, body-positive, LGBTQ+ friendly, and social justice-oriented practice. My practice of somatic psychotherapy is different. I help clients learn how they do what they do, and therefore how to change it. Though these changes, and new experiences of themselves, clients begin to sunset their suffering and arise to their wellbeing. I care deeply about my clients. I am inspired and changed by them, making this process powerful for all involved (or so my clients have told me). I consider myself a guide who is beside my clients in their suffering.
