Therapist Overview
We all get stuck and lost sometimes. Finding a good therapist is like finding the jumper cables and the map all at once. My personal mission is to relieve suffering, and my practice is a place to both recharge and re-chart a course towards that relief. Allow me to assist you in navigating the choppy waters of crises, conflict, stress from behavioral health concerns in yourself or loved ones, anxiety and/or depression, and above all else, support you in creating more meaning and joy in life. I offer eclectic strategies responsive to clients’ specific needs. I listen. I am happy to work with individuals, couples, and families. As the Program Director of The Sky Center of the New Mexico Suicide Intervention Project, I’ve been honored to gain my education and experience from the stories of hundreds of youth and families. Using a family systems perspective, I help my clients make sense of their personal narratives + heal through compassion and their own wisdom. I’d love to hear your story.
