Therapist Overview

As an occupational therapist, I take a holistic, experiential, relational approach to helping individuals find connection, healing, and satisfaction in their life. Occupational therapy is rooted in the goal of supporting you in engaging more fully in the parts of life that are most important to you; from your relationship with yourself, to your work, play, rest, and relationships with others. I believe in the innate resilience of each person, and am here to walk with you through growth and healing with empathy, openness, humility, and warmth. In addition to a general emphasis on mind-body wellness, I specialize in treating eating disorders, including ARFID, rumination syndrome, orthorexia, anorexia, bulimia, and binge eating disorder. I also have particular experience in the intersection of eating disorders with functional GI disorders and trauma. My approach includes a range of experiential modalities that are both practical, such as cooking, grocery shopping, or sensory interventions
