My approach to therapy……after working as a clinical social worker for over 25 years, I have had the opportunity to work in many different settings with many different types of people. I view therapy as a process that can have a powerful and meaningful impact on your life. Choosing to begin therapy can be one of the most empowering things you can do for yourself. By providing you with a safe, compassionate, non-judgmental environment we will work together to find solutions to whatever challenges you are facing. Trained as an EMDR therapist, I have found this treatment modality to create significant shifts and bring relief to negitive emotions and challenges that have impacted clients in profound ways. Allowing ourselves to be free from our unhealthy patterns can have significant positive implications on our mental health allowing us to thrive as individuals.
