Therapist Overview
Therapy is a unique opportunity to learn about oneself and how to better work through struggles we all face. Whether it is responding to new experiences, navigating difficult transitions, or trying to understand and break old patterns, I’ve always been drawn to the work of joining someone seeking change in their life. At this time I offer online video counseling, or teletherapy, a flexible and convenient new way to do psychotherapy, so I can work with individuals throughout CT and MA without the difficulties and restrictions that come with traveling to an office. Since completing my postgraduate training at Yale University in 2011, I have developed particular interests in trauma recovery, anxiety, intimate relationship dynamics, and identity issues in oppressed or marginalized communities. I offer free phone consultations to help you decide if we would be a good fit to work together!
