Therapist Overview

I believe every person deserves to feel seen, accepted, and validated, no matter what. I’ve found that my warm, gentle personality and sense of humor allows people to feel at ease, and empowered to initiate dynamic change when the time is right. Together, we co-create our own unique relationship that supports you in the healing and growth you are seeking. I use an individualized, eclectic approach rooted in the idea that we can improve your present and future life, while honoring and healing your past. I am particularly passionate about working with adolescents and young adults to build a strong sense of self, as well as supporting people to recover from disordered eating, body image, and substance use issues. I am also an experienced yoga teacher, and offer individualized, trauma sensitive yoga instruction as part of therapy or as a separate service. Please reach out to me to learn more about my approach, and how we can work together to address your concerns.
