I work with adults with a wide range of issues including trauma, interpersonal conflict, depression, anxiety, life transitions, and stress. I also have expertise in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and Prolonged Exposure therapy (PE) to treat Post-traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), as well as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
