I have the most success helping clients determine what stands in the way of their happiness and fulfillment. I help people understand the choices they make and why they make them. I help people through the grieving process and on to the next stage of their lives. I help people do what they have always wanted to do. I have been in practice a long time, I look forward to helping you so pick up the phone. My area of specialization is called Self Psychology. I am happy to work with and help patients in any situation. I was lucky enough to work with Heinz Kohut, which has helped me gain a deep understanding and a special lens to look at and resolve issues. One of the most important things about therapy is for a therapist to really hear what is being said and respond helpfully and I do both.
