Therapist Overview
Each of us have experienced life circumstances that leave us with uncomfortable feelings and emotions. Transitions, relationships and life events can cause anyone to feel unsure or overwhelmed. I believe that the family unit can be one of the most powerful sources of support as we walk this journey called life. I enjoy working with the entire family as well as children, adolescents and young adults who have experienced trauma or generally have trouble coping with day to day life and activities. My experience stretches across a variety of settings including, school based counseling, residential settings for both adults and children as well as community based counseling. I have spent several years working with families who have children with disabilities specifically those with an Autism diagnosis. I have spiritual based training and often work from a Christian perspective, but I honor the beliefs of each of my clients. I am currently accepting new clients.
