Let’s face it life is not always rainbows and sunshine. Are you stressed, sad, or overwhelmed? Is your tween or teen having problems at home or school? Family impacted by grief? Past traumas rearing their ugly head. My main goal is to provide you with a safe environment to work through life’s challenges. I would love to help you find and grow your hope. I’m available for day and evening appointments and firmly believe quality services should be available to everyone. I fully believe in treating every client as an individual, there is no such thing as cookie cutter services in this office. I believe that it all starts with the relationship. The relationship heals. I am certified in Play and Sandtray therapy, and use techniques with both children and adults, I also utilize CBT, Solution Focused, and ACT Therapy. I enjoy working with people of all ages.
