I’m nonsense-free and my approach is practical and proven. I have been practicing as a Licensed Therapist (LCSW) since 1998 and retired from the Air Force in Dec of 2016. I know that not everyone learns how to be well or how to manage difficulties in life but I know that everyone can learn these skills. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is one of the interventions I offer and is very effective at learning how to manage emotional reactivity, anxiety and/or depression.
