Guiding your children to a positive future is the most challenging and rewarding role you will ever fill. However, sometimes our children don’t understand their emotions or have the coping skills to face life’s challenges. I have devoted over 20 years working in a variety of settings to help children and families better understand themselves and strengthen their relationships. Some of my experiences include private practice therapy, school counseling (k-12) and behavior support consulting in two school districts My expertise is working with children and teens between the ages of 8-19 and their families.
