Therapist Overview
Life is hard. Sometimes despite our best efforts we feel depressed, overwhelmed, or disconnected. I specialize in treating trauma, PTSD, and attachment–all of which influence how we feel and function daily. Our brains have an amazing ability to adapt and survive.
