We live in a society obsessed with dieting, weight and fitness, which can make it difficult to know if you or someone you care about has an eating disorder. I have years of experience helping people recover from eating disorders and develop a healthy relationship with food, body, mind, oneself and others. My approach is caring, collaborative, non-judgmental and strengths-based.
