At Mission Valley Psychology, Inc., we aim to provide the highest quality care with parameters that fit your lifestyle. We focus on both individual and couples therapy for adults 18 and older. Whether you are going through a life transition, struggling with depression or anxiety, or simply need an outlet to quiet your mind, we are here for you. No matter what you may be going through, you are not alone. Over the last eight years, I have worked with a wide variety of clients, including but not limited to, mild to severe psychiatric illnesses and dual diagnosis in both inpatient hospital and outpatient settings. I also have expertise in work and relationship issues, adjustment challenges (college, divorce, aging) & grief. In addition to my current position as a Clinical Supervisor at a local psychiatric facility, I started my private practice to fulfill my dream of guiding others towards finding themselves and being successful within their world.
