Life is full of unexpected twists and turns. No one ever plans on having hardship and struggles; however, we do and suffer as a result. Much can be done within therapy, counseling, and life coaching to end suffering. Once the root cause of the suffering has been discovered, one can begin to learn how to manage the emotions associated with it. Everything boils down to emotions. Negative emotions drive and motivate us to act compulsively, seeking instant gratification, which often leads to negative outcomes. To create alternative positive outcomes, my group offers psychiatry , counseling, life coaching and nutritional services. I’ve been in recovery from mental health, emotional distress, & substance abuse since 2010. I’ve trudged the same path you’re looking to begin.
