As a counselor, I work to create a safe, welcoming space, free of judgment, where clients can come and authentically be themselves. I listen intently to my clients and partner with them to help them evaluate the struggles they may be facing. We work together to set goals that will create healing in their lives, and we walk towards those goals at a pace with which they are comfortable. I have experience working with children, adolescents, families, and adults struggling with many issues, including anxiety, depression, family conflict, and peer-related difficulties. I have worked as a mental health therapist in outpatient, intensive outpatient, partial hospitalization, inpatient, and school settings. I enjoy working with clients to help them discover and strengthen the resources they have within themselves to walk towards wholeness and healing, and I feel privileged to be able to walk with my clients on this journey.
