Therapist Overview

Do you feel stuck in the past, anxious and on edge in the present, and/or constantly fearful about the future? Are you struggling to create the intimacy and connections you desire? Do you feel detached, unaware of your body, and unlike yourself? These are just a few of the heartbreaking realities experienced by survivors of everyday, acute, and chronic trauma. This is why I am here, to help you navigate the tangled web of relationships and trauma, build the skills you need to engage your story with honesty and kindness, and to find the healing you long for. I am honored to provide clients a safe/brave space to make meaning about their lives. I practice attachment oriented EMDR and narrative therapy, and I utilize concepts from family systems and creative expression to help my clients create lives they love to call their own. I also provide therapeutic services to athletes of all ages suffering from fatigue, performance anxiety, and body issues.
