I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC), as well as a licensed certified alcohol and drug counselor (LCADC). For over a decade I have been working with adolescents, adults, and families utilizing an eclectic, holistic approach. I not only helps clients assess their strengths and build upon them, but also believe that there is a mind/body connection that must be nurtured in order to promote balanced, well-rounded mental health. I received my Bachelor’s Degree from Washington University in St. Louis and my Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Long Island University. I began in addiction recovery working with individuals struggling with substance abuse and their families in a treatment facility.
