For over 20 years, I have had the pleasure to work with individuals, couples, and families to resolve a wide range of issues. Whether it is learning to cope with anxiety and depression, or dealing with trauma related to abuse, abandonment, eating disorders, death of a spouse or loved one, or separation and divorce. I also work with all forms of addictions, but more specifically with pornography and the impacts it has upon the individual and family. My clients tell me, “I am direct, honest, and have expectations of them to do the work required to heal”. I am to teach and encourage you. I give homework because I do not believe you can heal by simply coming to my office 1 hour a week. I have a background in both Christian and Secular training. I believe in healing the “whole” person. I believe that you are created physically, emotionally, relationally, intellectually, and spiritually, thus each of those areas must be addressed in counseling.
