Therapist Overview
The amount of time we spend with ourselves pales in comparison to even that of our colleagues, friends, and families. This relationship with the self, and its paramount importance on all things within and without, often becomes the catalyst to seek the benefits of therapy. In life we are impacted by events and experiences outside of our persons. Yet even more so, this journey of the self is ultimately defined by how we respond to these challenges, and not the challenges themselves. My post-graduate work was spent at The Mental Health Center of Greater Manchester providing direct practice therapy, case management, assessment and referral for adults. I helped clients address a variety of challenges including adjustment issues, anxiety, depression, interpersonal issues, substance use, regulation/reactivity of mood, and challenges with psychosis.
