Therapist Overview
I am a licensed clinical psychologist with experience and training in mindfulness and evidence-based treatments for anxiety, panic, trauma, and depression. I am certified Level 3 in TEAM-CBT from The Feeling Good Institute. I provide Prolonged Exposure therapy for trauma. I take an active and collaborative approach to therapy, providing a safe space to learn practical strategies to reduce distress, gain insight, build deeper and more authentic connections, learn new ways of relating to oneself and others, and develop skills for living a more fulfilling and satisfying life. I currently enjoy working with adult individuals in Palo Alto. I helped develop and lead treatment programs for anxiety, panic, worry, and depression at Kaiser Permanente after completing my postdoctoral fellowship there. I completed my pre-doctoral internship at the VA New Jersey. I earned my doctoral degree from Miami University and my undergraduate degree from Middlebury College.
