I am honored to be a part of my client’s journey to healing and well being. Life is often difficult, and finding the right person to work with through the lows and the highs is critically important. I bring a lifetime of experience, compassion, empathy and training to each session. I welcome all clients, I have experience with adolescents and adults. If you’re struggling with depression or anxiety, ADD, addiction, trauma, or psychosis, I would like to help. I am trained in psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I work closely with several psychiatrists and specialists in neurofeedback, family systems and couples therapy. I have done extensive work in the area of neuropsychology working with the Amen Clinics. I have completed training and certification as a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT), Partner Trauma Specialist, EMDR Therapist, and Certified Brain Health Coach.
