I began counseling over 40 years ago. I listen to understand while being active to assist clients in finding solutions. Teach coping skills rather than urging prescriptions. Shame and grief are the two common struggles that hamper clients, but it is often masked. Creating awareness and tools to navigate this shifts many dysfunctional patterns. I actively teach conflict resolution skills and how to respect one another. I see many people who struggle with addiction, especially pornography and alcohol. I work with various individuals, and couples and families. I am patient, kind,respectful, and will be actively involved to assist you. I work a lot with individuals that battle anxiety, depression, self esteem, codependency, anger issues, recovery from addiction, and struggles from childhood. Most people do not understand how destructive and rampant pornography is. Many people have sought me out for relationship issues, marital distress, communication issues, and parenting help. I have work
