Shame sucks – It makes us hide and deny who we are. It keeps us in the shadows hidden by loneliness and isolation. The truth is that each of us has a deep-seated desire to know others and be known by others. “Ubuntu” is a Bantu (South African) word that means “I am because we are,” or “In being known by you – I know myself.” I want to create a safe space where you can explore, know, and understand your whole self, even the parts that you’re sometimes afraid to look at. I want to help you remove shame, fear, loneliness, and guilt so that you can manifest your authentic self. I can help you get unstuck and discover who you really are. I can help you overcome the pain of rejection and embrace your authentic self. I work with men and women struggling with shame and pain from past experiences. My areas of speciality include recovery from spiritual abuse, sexual abuse, and healing from conversion therapy experiences. Taking the first step to begin therapy can be difficult but also empowering
