Therapist Overview

Clients I work with are searching to return to their whole self. They have misplaced their sense of compassion, curiosity and connectedness and are ready to get back to themselves. Some clients find themselves trapped in worry, hopelessness, and negativity. They struggle to enjoy activities and often get stuck in spirals of fear, addiction, shame or guilt. These emotions can often seem like a war is going on in their mind. Parts of them know what they need to do, but other parts make them feel stuck. Some clients are struggling with life dilemmas, feeling as though they’ve lost their sense of self. They need clarity and hopefulness. My primary focus is to help you achieve the goals you set. I bring a warm, and non-judgmental approach to couns
