My passion is providing therapy to individuals and families to help them have greater joy in their life and relationships and to overcome painful feelings and life experiences. Have you ever felt a negative emotion for long periods of time? Anger, sadness, worry, fear, guilt, or shame? With almost 15 years experience practicing therapy I have helped multiple individuals and families grow, heal, and feel better. I am familiar with deep painful emotions and negative life experiences. I use an insightful approach in therapy to help bring awareness to thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that may not be easily recognized. A strong, trusting relationship with the therapist is the most important thing to have in order to achieve the full benefits that therapy has to offer. I believe this begins when one feels that the therapist has a real understanding of what they are going through. I work from a non-judgmental and curious mindset to develop this relationship.
