I have supported my clients through a range of issues including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges and life transitions. By exploring thoughts, feelings and behaviors my clients will begin to develop more self-awareness and self-acceptance. A better understanding of emotions and motivations can result in the ability to manage difficult times and move to a place of satisfaction and happiness. I work collaboratively with my clients to explore ways to achieve a happier and healthier life by using a variety of evidence based practices. My therapeutic approach is flexible, person centered, strength based, and solution focused. My primary goal is to equip my clients with the necessary tools to improve their quality of life.
