I utilize a person- centered, holistic approach to facilitate finding a sense of wholeness and healing focusing on the mind, body, and spiritual connection. I also use a cognitive behavioral method to emphasize the power of thoughts, feelings, and actions in helping or hurting progress towards change. I graduated from Xavier University, earning a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health and have also went further to get my chemical dependency license (LCDCIII). I also am certified in trauma. I have experience in treating many different mental health issues and working with all populations (adolescents, teens, adults, couples, and families).
