I am passionate about helping children, adolescents, and adults with life changes, school or work problems, behavioral challenges, anxiety issues, depression and other mental health issues. I am willing to work with clients and families to accept and love themselves, develop better coping abilities and a better outlook on life. I have 6 years experience working in schools with children with a wide range of disabilities and mental health issues. I have experience as a mother with a child with ADHD and anxiety and want to be a loving and nonjudgmental mental health support person for others who may be feeling alone. There is hope! I am working to be trauma-informed and focus on the interventions based on Cognitive Behavior Therapy, mindfulness, and play based therapy. I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, family issues and school problems in children, families, adolescents, and adults.
