**ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS**Are you tired of surviving and ready to start living again? Do you have a teen who is struggling? I have worked with many teens and adults who come in with their head barely above water trying to survive day to day. With the many stressors in life these days, people often lose sight of the positive things happening around them even if they are few and far between. I am here to help you or your teen see the positive again. I provide a safe environment to guide my clients through these difficult times, develop healthier coping skills and feel empowered again. I work with adolescents and adults struggling with depression, anxiety, self harming behaviors, impulsivity, body image issues, family and school/work stressors, trauma, anger, and low self-esteem. I use a variety of therapeutic approaches including but not limited to cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral, experiential, and solution focused. In therapy we open wounds that have been bandaged up for months or even years. Opening up these wounds causes us to feel vulnerable, which is why it is important to me that my clients have a safe place to work through these difficult times. In addition to private practice I run the adolescent intensive outpatient counseling program at Banner Thunderbird.
